Privacy at Dermapreneur Check
A plain summary of what happens to the content you check. The operator’s legal name, contact details and data-protection officer will be added to the final policy.
What we store
- Your name, email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never stored in plain text).
- The text and original images you submit for a check, the result we generate, and any PDF you download. Submissions and reports are kept for 30 days and then deleted. You can delete a check yourself at any time.
How a check is processed
- Your text or image is sent to an AI model provided by Anthropic (Claude API) to produce the screening result. It is not used to train AI models.
- Results are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not legal advice. Hindi, Gujarati and mixed-language images are marked for human review.
Who can see it
- You can see your own checks. Authorised staff may review stored submissions for support and quality checks; every staff access is recorded with a reason.
- Representatives who invited you only see aggregate counts, never your submissions or email address.
Please remove patient identifiers
- Do not upload patient names, faces or other identifying details. Blur or crop them before submitting.
